We may offer free shipping on selected orders or above a minimum purchase amount.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order using the courier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking details within 5 days, please contact us.


5. Delays & Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or natural events.

6. Incorrect Address
